The 4th Annual DC Bachata Congress & International Dance Festival is
pleased to invite your company/agency to take advantage of our 4th Annual
National Conference. Don't miss this opportunity to market, recruit from,
and network with thousands of elected officials, foreign dignitaries,
entrepreneurs, educators, community leaders, labor organizers, and
collegiate students that will gather in Washington D.C./Northern Virginia
for this one of a kind Conference.
You will have an opportunity to sell at both the Conference Hotel & Night
Clubs hosting the pre parties. The Night Club and Conference Hotel
exhibitor passes are limited to the number of slots open. This will be a
first come first serve basis. You will have the opportunity to market your
product to thousands of individuals coming for both the Conference and
Evening Parties.
Conference Hotel & Night Club Exhibitor Pricing (RATES WILL GO UP AS SPACE
BECOMES LIMITED)
A. Corporate/Government - $1000
B. Small Business- $500
C. Community Based Organization/Promoter - $250
_ To qualify for the community based organization rate, please submit a
copy of 501 (c)(3) status with signed exhibitor agreement.
Pay 50% Now (nonrefundable) and the balance will be due by March 1, 2012 .
If full amount is not received by March 1, 2012. we reserve the right to
resell your table, so please make sure to pay by the due date. If you pay
in full your table and Exhibitor table will be reserved.
